Help Support Wild Child Forest School

Wild Child Forest School is a program that gives children the opportunity to play and explore nature. Our programs take place entirely outside, rain or shine, and increases the child’s comfort with the natural world, while supporting their ability to navigate risks, engage in physical activity, and awaken their imaginations. Wild Child Forest School is a project of Sierra Club Canada Foundation and operates as a social enterprise model, so proceeds generated by registration fees will be used to to help support and sustain the program.

The average fee for a child to participate in a Wild Child Forest School program is $225 per child in NS. We recognize that these fees do make our programs inaccessible for some families. With your generous support we will be able to waive the fees and offer subsidized/free spaces for children to attend our programs.

Donations of any size will be accepted and would go directly toward subsidizing and providing free spots in our programs. Sierra Club Canada Foundation is a registered charity and a gift of $20 or more you will receive a charitable tax receipt and if you wish, your contribution will be acknowledged publicly on our website and via social media.
